Enroll your patient in RYZUP.
Our support team provides benefit investigations, prior authorization education and other patient onboarding support.
The NCN helps identify which of the 3 REMS-certified specialty pharmacies are in-network and best fit your patient’s needs.
Your patient’s NCN will inform you of the results of the benefits investigation and where to send the prescription. You’ll receive a notification when the patient receives their first shipment.

After your patient’s NCN verifies their enrollment into the LUMRYZ REMS, our RYZUP team will provide benefits investigations and help identify which of the 3 REMS-certified specialty pharmacies best fits your patient’s needs.

COMMUNICATION
Navigating the Prior Authorization (PA) and approval process can be difficult for patients and office staff alike.
That’s why the RYZUP support program was designed to keep you and your patients informed at each step of the way.
Shortly after enrollment, your patient will receive a welcome call from their personal NCN,
who will collect any missing information and set expectations for next steps.
Your patient's NCN will support you and your office through the PA process with updates on submissions and
to set expectations on timing.
Insurance plans and pharmacy benefit managers may require additional supporting documentation in addition to a PA for LUMRYZ.

- Completed PA form
- Patient’s medical history, diagnosis, and current condition
- Summary of provider’s clinical assessment and rationale for requesting coverage
- Copy of patient’s insurance card (front and back)
- Additional supporting documentation:
- Healthcare provider’s chart notes
- Test and lab results
- Patient’s prior treatment history, including dosages, duration, clinical responses, and reasons for discontinuation
- Supporting papers or clinical practice guidelines
TRIAGE
RYZUP works closely with you, your patient, and their specialty pharmacy to help ensure there are no communication gaps when starting and staying on treatment.
Your patient’s NCN will call to explain the role of their in-network, REMS-certified specialty pharmacy and what to expect when working with them.
Once the PA is approved, your patient’s consent/information is triaged to their specialty pharmacy who will call to gather details and set expectations for delivery.
PRESCRIPTION
You will receive a notification when your patient successfully receives their first shipment.
To help your patients get started on treatment, a LUMRYZ welcome package will be sent in addition to their first shipment of LUMRYZ.
