Same enrollment requirements as other oxybates, different order of steps due to our network of specialty pharmacies that can help provide greater access to LUMRYZ.
Wait for coverage confirmation
After coverage is confirmed, your Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) or the RYZUP team will provide your office with a prepopulated LUMRYZ Prescription Form (patient demographic information only) and directions on where to fax.
Submit the LUMRYZ Prescription
