All members of our RYZUP team are Prior Authorization Certified Specialists (PACS) and here to provide support throughout your patient’s treatment journey.

Nurse Care Navigator (NCN)

Regionally assigned to each of your LUMRYZ patients
Your patients can rely on their personal NCN as a resource for as long as they are on treatment. NCNs will help with patient onboarding, assist patients with navigating coverage, and provide ongoing support, as well as serve as your patient’s primary point of contact.

Dedicated to helping your patients and your office navigate access and coverage
We understand that the process of navigating access can sometimes feel overwhelming for some patients. Our RYZUP team will help with benefit investigations, provide education on the prior authorization (PA) process, as well as communicate status updates and timing expectations to your patients and your office staff.

3 Specialty Pharmacies

Certified in the LUMRYZ Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS)
As part of our goal to ensure greater access to LUMRYZ, our network includes 3 of the largest specialty pharmacies. We will help identify which REMS-certified specialty pharmacy best fits your patient needs—and will let your office know when and where to send their prescription.
As with other sodium oxybate treatments, certification in the LUMRYZ REMS is
required to prescribe LUMRYZ. Get REMS-certified.

Access and Affordability Assistance

For eligible patients through several financial support programs
NCNs will help connect patients with the appropriate financial assistance service based on the results of their benefits investigation. Learn more about an opportunity for as little as $0 co-pay and other financial support.*

Regular check-ins throughout the treatment journey
Support doesn’t end once patients start treatment. Their dedicated NCN will continue to reach out and help answer questions that may come up as your patient progresses through the treatment journey. Patients can also contact their NCN for help coordinating refills with their REMS-certified specialty pharmacy or navigating changes in coverage or access.
